What is the Plan-It Codex?
A paper planner from Life Systems for people who want to plan without the pressure. You empty your head onto the page, sort what you find, and give it some time. It's made to feel calm, grounded, and easy to come back to.
Is it a good planner for overthinkers or a busy mind?
Yes, that's who it's for. Every week starts with Let It Out, a page for getting everything out of your head. Next comes Sort It, then The Shape, a two-page view of your week. Nothing has to stay in your head.
Is the Plan-It Codex undated?
The seasonal planners are undated, so you can start any week. If you step away, you come back to where you are, not to pages you missed. The hardcover is the 15-month edition and is dated October 2026 through December 2027.
Which dates does the hardcover cover?
The hardcover is the 15-month edition. Its pages are dated month by month through December 2027. If you would rather begin any time, the seasonal planners are undated.
What's the difference between the hardcover and the seasonal planners?
The hardcover 15-month edition is about 7 × 10 in, with 358 full-color pages that cover monthly calendars, weekly spreads, and reflective pauses. Each seasonal planner is a lighter 6 × 9 in paperback with 96 pages: 13 undated weeks, a four-choice sorting page (do, park, shrink, or release) within the Sort it step, Someday pages, and notes pages.
What is inside the hardcover?
Monthly calendars, weekly planning spreads, space for appointments and tasks, To Go / To Buy lists, catch-all journal pages, reflective pauses, and seasonal artwork.
How big is the hardcover?
178 × 254 mm (approximately 7 × 10 inches), with 358 interior pages, a matte hardcover, and a full-color interior.
How is it different from a regular planner?
Most planners start with a schedule. The Codex starts with you. You get everything out first, sort it, and only then give it a day. Writing by hand slows you down enough to hear yourself.
Do I have to follow a particular planning method?
No. Use the pages where they help and return whenever you need. The structure is there to support your life, not prescribe it.
Can I buy it on Amazon?
Yes. The 15-month Plan-It Codex is available on Amazon in hardcover and paperback. The Fall Seasonal Planner is available in our shop now. Winter, Spring, and Summer editions are still in development; check back as each is released.
Is it a digital download?
No. Every Codex is a printed paper book.
How long does it take to arrive?
Each book is printed to order. Allow about 5–7 working days for printing, plus shipping time to you. Shipping is calculated at checkout.
Your planner is printed to order by Bookvault. Production may take longer during busy periods, and timing can differ if another print location fulfils your order. Carrier transit time starts after printing is complete. Production and delivery estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates. Need it by a particular date? Contact us before ordering.
Does it make a good gift?
The Fall Set combines the Fall Seasonal Planner, Let It Out Pad, Still Open Notes, 8 × 10 art print, and 10-inch Codex Sleeve. Items are made by different production partners and may arrive in separate packages.
Who created it?
The Plan-It Codex was created by Kyndra Jones under Life Systems and is available through The Codex Shop.
