About The Plan-It Codex & Life Systems

Room for what is. Room for what becomes.

The Plan-It Codex is a planner for seeing your life as a whole.

Appointments belong here. So do errands, projects, ideas, priorities, purchases, plans, and the things that have not found their date yet.

Life Systems™ is the company behind the Codex—a growing body of tools built around a simple belief: the parts of a life are connected.

The Plan-It Codex

Source code for everyday life.

The Codex brings practical planning and reflection into one physical place.

The dated 15-month edition covers October 2026 through December 2027 in monthly and weekly views. Seasonal editions use the same underlying practice in undated 13-week chapters.

The point is not to perfectly predict what happens next. It is to see what is happening clearly enough to participate in it.

The philosophy

Life Systems is guided by six principles: Plan · Reflect · Organize · Align · Create · Become.

The Codex turns those principles into a practical four-step rhythm: Let it out · Sort it · Place it · Pause. Get it visible. See what it is. Give it somewhere to go. Come back and adjust.

Created by Kyndra Jones

The Codex did not begin as a product idea. It grew through notebooks, earlier editions, unfinished language, lived experience, and repeated attempts to make an internal way of seeing life physical.

Those objects became evidence of their own evolution.

Evidence that I lived.

The Plan-It Codex is the version that became something another person could hold—and fill with evidence of their own.
